Event Schedule

 

– Events Schedule: This can be used as your schedule as it lists all events in order of “Setup and Stage”. (Figure 2)

Once you begin to take entries the “Events Schedule” then reflect the entries.  (Figure 3)

You will notice that the Contestants are not in order. This comes about because some entries have been deleted and the “Events - Contestant Order” has not been updated. To fix this go to -

“Event”,  “Order - Sequence” This will update the “Event Schedule”. You will need to close the “Event Schedule” and reopen to update your “Report”. (Figure 4)

Export

 

– Export Event Schedule: This could be handy as it can be saved in many formats. (Figure 5)

– Members Report: When you are entering the “Contestant”and they are a member you need to tick the “Contestant is a Member” box.  (Figure 11). If all the competitor details are entered then you can export the report as an “CSV” file and open in your spreadsheet to use as a mail merge document, or export as MS Excel.
