I have used other programs over the past 5 years and I found this one to be very user friendly with entries for our contestants, moving through the process from entering many different types of entries, to printing summary sheets and especially the printing of labels for each contestant with a label machine has been made so streamline I can't think of any other way to do it.

 

Probably the best part is that the Judging for different sections of the show, (as we used the program on the cloud) was all entered away from the office. Judging was done using iPad’s, allowing more than one section of the show to be judged at one time. No double handling.

The time saved could be put to use in the office in other areas in the days to come. Great Work!!

As Treasurer the use of the Prize Money sheet in reports was also very helpful. A Report with, the individual prize winners, detailed winnings would make this system quite complete. (Now done)
